Our consultants are all undergraduate students at Claremont McKenna College, but represent a diverse range of academic and professional interests, backgrounds, and identities. In SOURCE, we work predominantly in a team-based model. We strategically staff our teams to encourage collaboration between students of different skill expertise and leadership styles for individual development and quality deliverable work.
